Lorebook 'loss of session data', dysfunction in-game

The lorebook does not come up in game.

Furthermore, when attempting to edit articles, it is impossible due to a persistent 'loss of session data'. Logging out and back in does nothing to help it. Typically this is a server-side error and not a user error.

I have tried in Firefox, Opera, and IE, the last of which will not even properly load the lorebook.
