I may be in a position to score a pair of shoulders from the burglar Watcher set in a few days. I already have the hood (which is AWESOME and GORGEOUS by the way :) ), so this would put me in reach of getting a complete set of Watcher armor. The raid group I'll be running with uses a ladder system, though, and so I'm trying to decide whether I want to use my ladder spot for the burg shoulders or save it for a piece on one of my other characters. I'd like to make an informed decision, which is difficult given the vague nature of the set bonus for on the burg Watcher armor... I understand that it reduces the cooldown on Exploit Opening, but it doesn't say how MUCH it reduces the cooldown.
Does anyone out there know how long exactly the Watcher set reduces the cooldown for Exploit Opening? If it's, say, two minutes, it would definitely be worth getting the shoulders, I think. If it's more like thirty seconds, it probably wouldn't be.
