Fireworks Cooldown and updates

It would be really great if we could decrease the cool down timer on fireworks so that you can set off multiple fireworks in a short period. More reusable fireworks like the Summerdays Festival would be great as well in future updates, etc.

Also, any chance that we can get ones with a little more punch than roman candles and artistic fireworks?
