Deed Log - Enmity of the Goblins not showing up

This deed-in-progress showed up in my Deed Log when my elf hit level 13, but now that I want to track it so I can work on it, its no longer there.

I do not have Silvan Shadows yet.

My Deed Log shows all kinds of Class deeds-in-progress, but this one Race deed-in-progress is not showing up.

What am I missing?
