I would love to see more landscape keeps throughout Middle Earth, similar to what is present in Forochel and Annuminas. I think for a long time we players have been begging for more automatic interactivity between the Freeps and the Evil Forces out there. Guard patrol paths that occasionally cross one another (like at the top of Trestlebridge, and near Echad Dunan) are one thing, but full on-keep taking really does bring an added dimension to things.
It would be NICE if Keeps-being flipped became a requirement for things, access to regular quests, access to a quest needed for something else (say in an Epic Book line), or repeatable quests, but it's not strictly necessary... just having more keeps would be cool.
