Need help finding information

Back when i used to play wow, we had this website called tankspot, it had video strategies on end game instances... i have searched and searched and searched for something to this effect for lotro, with no luck, it doesnt have to be videos, but i would sure like to be able to find a website that has all the "INSTANCES" listed, where they are, boss descriptions, ect ect

Im new to the endgame in lotro, and i dont even know the names of the level 60+ dungeons... no idea where to start as a newb

I try sites like mmodb, the lorebook, lotro wiki ect and i get a list of every damn instance in the game... even the dumb little ones you find out in the middle of nowhere...that are there only for quest purposes...

I find it hard to believe there is no website out there for lotro that focus's on end game raiding/instances... if there is...can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction, cuse im sick of the searching...
