Trick kiting in PvP

How exactly does this work?

I understand that, with the trick range legacy, this is a viable option against high ranked reavers, but how is this used? What skills and tricks are used?

Also, I'm curious to hear what experienced burgs use as their defacto debuff on ranked reavers and wargs. Traited counterdefense, disable, etc.
