Question about Store and Lifers

Okay, I read over how things will work and it appears lifers get 500 store credits per month for free.

When I read about free players and the fact that they can get credits per character per server (assuming that is right)...

Does a lifer get 500 per server?

If so, that means I should create a character on every server?
