with some of the lotteries giving out the brilliant stones , easy enough to getthe seargent at arms bracer , you will love it in combo with the bracelet of the tower. Go get one! Idk about everyone else but aside from pve raids I max agi and vit for 6400 morale and it's beastly , but I inhale power pots while oneshotting creeps.
