Playing new Burg, Noticing Odd High Pitched Sounds in Combat

It's bizarre. I am hearing what sounds like microphone feedback with some of her attacks. Different tones, soft and very high pitched. Am noticing it with these attacks: Surprise Strike, Disable, Mischievous Glee. Cunning Attack, Riddle.

I don't remember hearing these when I played my other burgs. Is this something new?
