Any way to keep my BETA character?

Hi, I've heard that all BETA accounts will be cancelled once F2P starts, but I was wondering if it is possible to not cancel mine? I had heard that if the character doesn't have anything it shouldn't at it's level, it could possibly be transferred. So would it be possible to transfer and keep my character over whenever the BETA is over? I am just a level 18 Elf Hunter and have not done anything extraordinary or used my Turbine points on anything worthwhile, like the riding trait, so I have a perfectly normal account. I would be willing to stop playing until the BETA ends as well, if I got to keep my character. Thanks and please reply.

P.S. I tried searching all over Support to find an address I could e-mail for help, but couldn't find any. So any help there would be useful too.
