I recently had my Level 65 Hunter and Minstrel transfered. There was an error in transfer and I accidently resubmitted a 2nd transfer. I then replied to the e-mail and told them that I had made a mistake by submitting 2 transfers. I thought after saying that in my email that it had been resolved, but apparentely not. I was charged and they transfered my level 4 newly recreated hunter. Is it possible to get a refund?
