Won some on Friday, but didn't get emails on all

I won four lotteries on Friday (Hevensday Lotto, Last Call!, Skirmish Starter Pack and The End is Nigh) on four different chars. I only received emails on the last three. That doesn't appear to fit the pattern described in much earlier email threads. I have not contacted a GM about this yet. Any thoughts about proceeding?

I can say that not receiving the Hevensday on my 65 Captain was a major low point of the day.
