epic quests...should be more epic

I just recently decided to go back and finish all the epic quests from volume 1 that i was never able to finish. started around book 8...and it was rather cool. although, the whole "solo" mode is just waaaaaay too easy. and its a shame that i cant choose fellowship mode. at lvl 65, it would have been more fun to try for the fellowship mode.

anyway, after book 8, the quests got very long...and very lame. i mean, they had some good parts...cool little moments. and im glad to have learned what i did from them. BUT, books 9-13 seem to be mainly just running around...back and forth...back and forth....back and forth. c'mon guys, there are a ton of ways to effectively make "time sinks" into the game and at least make them challenging or fun. there is no fun in riding your horse from one side of the zone to the other to ask some guy a question. seriously, thats a big FAIL to the writer of those quests. i do not recall volume 2 being as bad when i did them a long time ago...and maybe volume 3 rocks. but in the future, please...please please please take the extra 5 minutes and think that stuff out. come up with some challenge...puzzle...fight or SOMETHING other than "ride across the entire world to ask some guy a question, come back, go back, come back, go back."
