I just got a new pc (i7 CPU 870, 8 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForceGTX460, windows 7 64bit). When I play Lotr, out of a sudden the game screen freezes for up to 30 sec and then the game goes on as usual. I disabled windows firewall, played with the in game graphics options but to no avail. Very rarely, I can only see the small windows (bags etc) and the rest of the screen goes black for 10-20 sec) I checked the graphic card with other games and all seems to be very fine.
What can it be?
