Need advice on Recklessness tanking

Hi everyone, I've read a few threads talking about tanking in recklessness stance. May I ask for some advice regarding legacies, traits and rotations?

What legacies should I get for my main hand? Recklessness duration, mighty blow dmg, WoF dmg, power attack line power?

What legacies should I get for Jav? Conservation for when I'm dropping too low on power?

What is the recommended class traits build? I'm thinking of going full spear, is that a good choice?

And what rotations do you use for tanking in recklessness and what steps do you take?
