Account Managment phone issues (please read)

thank you for this update that the account management is having phone issues, and as it seems, the one day you guys are having technical issues, is the one day my account is also, lol.

I'm going to reply to this with my issue, but I have also already sent in a ticket on this mater, but i don't want a simple "please contact support" if I'm not able to contact support.

Issues :
1. bought game yesterday, and activated it yesterday. Last night acct got suspended while i was playing, it was saying "credit card info invalid". Tried to update that (it was allready updated, but did it again) and it said it wasn't a valid credit card. (but it authorized $1.00 on my card each of the 6 times i tried it). So I still can't add card to acct online.

2. After the first time trying to add my card, it moved my acct from suspended, over to EXPIRED, so even if i can put my card online, your system thinks that it's expired and wants me to pay again.


My ticket should have my phone number on it, so please email me or call me with a resolution. I just ask that your team has enough understanding not to email a "please call us" unless your phone systems are back up and running, so i can resolve this issue. thank you!
