Rallying Cry

Rallying Cry does not stack when you have multiple Captains in the fellowship... ... .. yup.. /raised eyebrows ... ... Did I hear that right?? . ... . .. /rubs eyes .. .. nahhhh, can't be ... /striken expression .... .. .. /madness and pandemonium ensues

The heals from each Captain should definitely apply.

I had this pointed out to me this week, and was shocked! It really makes no sense. We had two Cappies hitting Rallying Cry and we were only getting the heal of one : P

So, of course we coordinated it so he was doing Rallying Cry while I was hitting War Cry... we found a way to make due with this /fail situation. But it really is senseless to have only one Captain's heals apply.
