It says in a forum and the F2P FAQ that F2P players can only send one tell every few seconds. It said in the forums, every 30 seconds. In the FAQ, it says every 5 seconds.... which one is correct, and what exactly is a "Tell"? Is it a message that you send to one other player like a whisper chat thing? Or is it like local chat? I am a new player, and only played 2 free trials before.
