Looking for new server

Greetings all.

I was looking for some general information on finding a new server and am searching for some opinions from those here on the "Big E". I have a few characters on another server (that I'm not worried about transferring) that I used to get a great feel for the game, and now I'm looking for a place to settle down and sink my teeth in.

I enjoy the PvMP experience but the PVE portion and wanting to get into seeing the dungeons and instances after leveling up a proper character is what I'm looking for, and it's been recommended this server has a large standing PVE population. I was also debating perhaps waiting and rolling on one of the new servers (still might) but I'm looking for a place to get into that's established with an economy and PVE opportunities if such exists for new players.

My questions are, to a new player with mmo experience and pve raiding/instance aspirations, would you recommend this server?

Is instancing and raiding still going strong across different kins and GLFF or has it been farmed and played out to the point people just aren't running them anymore? (Though I am aware of the changes coming to the level of instances which should be huge).

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
