Just grabbing this from the LB at this point because it doesn't seem to exist in game anymore.
As far as I can tell, you removed 2 quests from the Dwarf Intro line (the wood pile that's by the Goblins, and the Ore inside Silverdeep), and one of those must be the previous source of these missing items.
My elves have their Elven made boots, but my my Dwarves are wearing the boots they were 'born' with, with -0- Armour.
