Things I like:
Clothing customization, large world, well-written quests, adore the crafting (hope it's really worthwhile at end game), housing, fast travel options, LotroStore fashions. I love that Lotto, so I hope it comes back soon!
I'm loving the lowbie experience because of the gift I get to open every level. Currently, I'm keen to get to level 15 on Amthystine so I can see what's in her prezzie! :D
Wishlist: (all important!)
1. More hair styles and colours; more vibrant blondes and golds, plum reds, blue-black, etc. Maybe other fantasy colours if magic allows for it. Currently I find the hair colours rather ultra conservative. I'm hoping for a little more glamour and gorgeous.
2. A wider variety of dye colours for clothing customization. Whether by critting dye recipes or by buying from the LotroStore, I'd like to see more kinds of red, gold, blue, yellow, green, purple, pink, etc for clothes. Variety is the spice of life! :)
3. More mount options in the LotroStore. I'm not talking about mounts connected with ingame grind. I'm talking about the ability to buy different animal/monster type mounts that fit in with the lore of Tolkein. If these new mounts came in a variety of speeds that would also be cute.
4. A shorter cooldown on potions would be nice; currently if I get too many baddies spawning on my character, if one pot doesn't do the trick the only option is to run away because the timer is so long. A shorter timer would make buying those potions more likely.
5. Better prices on travel maps would be good - currently they're just too expensive. I'm hoping the Store will also provide map stacks at a better group price. I'm spoiled by DDO where travel isn't so time-consuming, and a Rod of Teleport isn't so pricey. :p
6. I'm very much hoping for Crafting Ingredient Bags to be available via the Store soon; in small, medium, large, and huge sizes. This would be very practical, especially if they automatically gather ingredients as they are found. I don't like how the crafting materials clutter my inventory.
7. The ability to achieve better vendor sell and buy rates would be very nice. Currently I think everyone pays the same for goods and sells for the same amount.
8. An ingame way to create music, simplified and user-friendly, would be very nice indeed. The music in this game is wonderful. I'm hoping that instancing doesn't prevent us from seeing all the bands perform.
9. Gotta stress how much I'm liking the crafting. Please please make sure that all crafting professions are needed to make end game gear. I want the time I invest in this to mean something at end game. Hopefully raid gear won't make the end game crafting redundant.
10. Keep the new fashions rolling into the Store; to me they are the biggest draw.
That's that!
Cheers,
Sehanine
