I registered as a VIP on the 9th of this month but received no store points. I submitted a ticket in game inquiring about my 500 points and they gave me the run around. They told me to go to account support and report my problem there. It's been over a week now and I have received neither response nor any indication that my problem is even being looked into. I am overwhelmed by the fact that it would take over FOURTEEN days to correct this error. Is there really no way to track the distribution of store points to an account? When will I see my points? At what time will I have a response stating that my problem has even been acknowledged? Considering that this is a mistake that the Lord of the Ring's team is responsible for and I am a paying customer, I deserve an answer, or at least the satisfaction of some kind of response.
