I would love if the store offered a service to change the Gender of a given toon. I think 1000-1500 TP would be a fair price, but included with this would be a necessary name change.
I have a toon that I leveled to 50 back in SoA at which point I wished I had played my toon as a man (I really do not like how various armor looks terrible on the females in game, but really good on the men. Not to be crude but the chest pieces are nearly all designed to look good on the men character and look weird on the women). My toon is now 65 with tons of gear, deeds, and virtues so re-rolling is not an realistic option.
This is NOT an option to change RACE or CLASS, which may be too tricky, and does not work well since you have to earn racial and class traits. Since for this game Gender is purely cosmetic, it shouldn't be too hard.
And NO this doesn't break Lore in the sense that all of this would happen out-of-game. My toon didn't magic change due to some strange elf-draught. I purchased a service provided by Turbine. In essence, my former character no longer exists and my new male character now exists.
I have numerous friends in game that would support this, and there have been threads on this prior to the Turbine Store opening. Therefore I do believe this would be a good idea to implement.
