Which LI to use

My RK is 61, just finished Lorien, going into Mirkwood next. I have a lvl 53 DPS stone that I've been using for a while that has all the perfect legacies for a DPS stone, but it's a lvl 53 and the tactical rating stinks and so do the stats.

I had a 2nd age stone and it's got both healing and DPS legacies on it. I had been using both a DPS stone and a Healing stone, but the healing stone is nothing special really.

My thinking is that it's probably better to switch to the 2nd age now and level it up, round out the point allocation and use it until/unless I get a better lvl 65 one. But the legacies on the 53 one seem sooo perfect it's hard to give up.

Is tactical rating that much of a deal breaker that I should upgrade to the 2nd age for dps purposes?
