Color Settings (brightness, contrast) resetting

This is a minor issue but I'd like to find a solution nonetheless. Sometimes when I log in my color settings have all reset back to 1.00, I'm referring to the brightness, contrast and gamma specifically. It doesn't happen every time I log in, it seems to be random. This did not start occurring since the F2P patch went live.
I'm wondering if there is something simple I can do in the .ini file to fix this?

I don't know what technical info might be needed but I'm using Win 7, Nvidia graphics card Geforce 9800 GT.
