Other small, unsung changes coming with F2P

I was reminded of a change coming to F2P while reading another thread on an entirely unrelated topic. Rather than derail that thread, I decided to start a new one for people to post about other miscellaneous changes that might be getting lost in the noise.

My particular example is the revamping of certain drops from mobs. The number of different kinds of things dropping from mobs has been reduced, so for example 'skins' from animal mobs are the same from a warg as a big cat as an ox, etc., of the same level range. Further, the stack size of those trash drops has been increased. My aching inventory rejoices, especially in light of the new marks, rep items, etc., that come with the expansion. With only a handful of open bag slots, my hunter still managed to bring in more silver from her adventures than she can currently on live with similar space issues. It is easier to predict what to hang onto depending on what my goal is - say, if I need spending silver, or know it's gonna be a while before I head back to a vendor, I keep the higher-stacking trash items.

What other little changes are out there that aren't getting mentioned, but would be useful to know?
