New Morale/Power Pots

This is a pretty significant addition to the game and I didn't want it to get lost in the NDA thread, this thread is a more specific focus on an item that needs to be adjusted.

For a while now these pots have been available in the Store only and not in the game. Recently Turbine issued a note that these pots would be available as a crafted item although I can't seem to find the recipe yet.

These pots in my opinion are seriously overpowered and should be removed or have their potency reduced. They currently do not share the CD with our Steeped Athelas posts as indicated in this screen shot.

So this means we can hit a Steeped pot for about 1200 morale every 2 minutes and hit one of these new pots and get a HoT of about 120 every 2 seconds for 10 seconds which we can maintain indefinitely because the pot cool down is only 10 seconds.

The power pots are the same as the morale pots. This much healing in a jar and it's going to be a game changer in all the instances and Raids. LT create an ICPR problem? Not anymore.

So with the lift of the NDA the odds of these things making it to Live are probably pretty good...
