Loremaster Pet wont attack or follow

I haven't fully tested the extent of this but as of this evening, none of my pets will follow or attack as normal.
There are a number of conditions to this statement:
The pet behaves normally in instances! (like a skirmish)
The pet does work outside of Moria.

It seems to be confined to Moria ateast from what I can see so far.

Have tried to contact a GM 3 times but it keeps getting closed without a response other than contact technical support?

This seems to be a rather strange response for a situation where the class is not working remotely as intended.
