Can not update billing information

I messed up and let the card I had the game being charged to max out and since the charge was not made my account was suspended. I am trying to update the billing information as it's telling me to but no card I use will work, I get the same 30005 error.

I'm trying to use a Discover card I have used on the account before, it was billed to this card before, it will not work. I'm trying to use a Visa debit card, it has money in the account, it will not work either. I get the same 30005 error code.

I've emailed support but I had this exact problem once before and it took them three weeks to get back to me through email, by which time I had already figured out how to fix it on my own. However, this time, using another card, like I did before, is not working even with two different cards.

Would anyone from this forum be able to assist me, or do I have to wait weeks to get an email, or call the non 800 number that's only available largely when I'm sleeping as I work third shift?
