I think we can all agree that Dire Need needs some fixing. For those who think it's ok as is, check this out.
*Guardian's Pledge makes you (almost) invincible for 15 seconds, has a negligible power cost, and resets in 5 minutes (less with the legacy). It also increases DPS, threat generation, and conj chances due to reactives
*Touch and Go works the same way as Pledge, only leaves you more vulnerable with a longer duration. If Stick and Move is traited, it also raises your DPS.
*Wisdom of the Council gives you a ~2k heal (that can crit) and gives you a minute buff that makes you harder to kill. 10 minute cooldown
*Triumphant Spirit is a ~3k heal to the whole group (with some threat penalties) on a 20 minute cooldown (which has a legacy)
*Last Stand makes you invincible for 15 seconds (25 if traited, with heal at the end) and a very low power cost on a 15 minute cooldown
*Dire Need heals you for however much your max power is (which is probably around 2k) at most. If you have been using power throughout the fight, that heal is gonna get smaller. It also drains half of your current power. On a 30 minute cooldown??? If it's gonna gimp your power and give you such an unreliable heal, it should at least be available all the time.
