In-game submit ticket system isn't working - any other options?

I am in need of a game master and am trying to submit a ticket right now but the system is not working. I select the three categories that I believe the ticket would fall into, and there is a forth category that is blank. If I don't fill anything in that category it gives me an error message "You must select an entry for the specified ticket type." if I do fill it then it just simply does nothing and doesn't continue.

Is there some other way I can get a hold of a GM?
