Clarification

I am trying to find some difinitive answers that I most likely missed somewhere in all the information that is out there.

Do you only gain TP one one character per server?

If Yes is this due to the highest character or just the one that completes the Deed first?

If Yes as well, does this count with class deeds towards TP, as in if I level a Burgler and then a Lore Master will I get TP for my Lore Masters Deeds?
