Fallen friends

Hello, I have a question and I didn't know where to post it so here goes. I have a question about possibly getting a headstone or some memorial in-game for a friend of mine who recently passed away. He was an avid Lotro player, a good friend and companion and a good man. I've heard people say that WoW, I know bad word ;), does it for their players and I was wondering if we could do something similar for our fall brethren. I'd just like to ask this little favor if I could. His character name was Thomaas lvl 65 Minstrel on the Branywine server.
