Where to post?

Is there a place to post on the forums about item, armour, and weapon comparison opinions? I usually ask for items that I get as drops or such in chats, but sometimes, it's helpful to have a lot of information to read here instead of spur-of-the-moment in a chat log in an instance.

For instance, I can see quest rewards coming up for completing Hunter class quests at level 45. I have a LI bow already, so the rewards regarding the class bow don't matter, but the jewelry is something I have to take a close look at.

What I'd like to do, before I have to make the decision, is have some experienced players not just "vote" on which one I should take, but inform me why taking one is better than the other. There are some "no-brainer" decisions along the way across Middle-Earth and I can handle those without a second thought, but when one starts getting into the 4 and 5 attribute jewelry and armour, I'm not yet at the point where I can make snap judgments on what will be better for me down the road. This is my first character to reach this level, so I don't know what kinds of quest related things will be available soon to me or what I'll be able to get crafted and wear soon that will make the rewards obsolete (meaning I should pick the better resellers).

I'm still "new" and don't know if this is something that can be handled on the forums or if it is something that you have to do exclusively in chat in games, which tends to bring out all kinds of jokers.
