They're pretty simple:
1. Make Reputation a Selectable Reward
If you're like me, you've already pounded out Kindred with the Grey Company. It was fairly simple too, given that almost all of the new quests give you Grey Co. rep as well as the slayer deeds. I still run the repeatable from Echad Daegoras for the easy item xp, but it feels like a waste that 2300 or so Grey Co. rep is evaporating into thin air. I'm still only Friend with the Algraig, so I found myself wishing I could get their rep instead. That's where selectable reputation would come in.
The only issue is the quests themselves making sense in terms of rewards. Killing wolves for a Dunedain shouldn't give you reputation with the natives. I get that. But it would be helping them out indirectly, right? So the alternative to getting 700 rep with the Grey Co. could be getting 300 rep with the Algraig. I'd be more than willing to settle for a lesser reward, as long as I could still receive some benefit rather than none.
2. Barter Your Tokens of the Wild
When I finally stumbled onto the new(ish) barterers in Thorin's Hall and Bree and discovered I could barter their respective trinkets for actual skills and items, I was ecstatic. Stacks of leftovers from virtue grinding in Sarnur and Haudh Iarchith finally had an alternative use. Of course, I ran into a similar situation after a week in Enedwaith; a bag full of Silver Token stacks with nothing to spend it on (until I discovered the ixp, that is). And of course, I wished I could trade them for rep to speed things up, a reversal of what Thorin's and Bree did.
The only issue I could see is the redundancy. Why would I get rep for tokens they just gave me? I don't have a good answer for that, but I imagine adding an npc who is a collector of some sort wouldn't be too far-fetched.
Anyways, that's all I got. Hopefully it makes some kind of sense. :D
