Why do these not drop from at least 1 chest 100% of the time?
You need them to get the Classic Instance Gear, so what is the point in running the instances/raids if they dont drop? Sure you need the Helegrod/Annuminas mark as well, but there is no guarantee you are going to get one. makes me not want to waste my time. Can we get to the point where 1 would drop at least once in an instance? Did Heledrod Twice with no STM dropping. Feels like a waste of time when you have 10 hele marks and no STM to go with them
